I have started a mini project to produce a community written, community tested, stable file to fix as many bugs as possible in SA:MP, as transparently as possible. The current version can be found here:

The file is (IMHO) well documented, with a list of the currently (hopefully) fixed bugs at the top. If you know of others, or have solutions for others, I (and I suspect others) would appreciate you adding them to the file (following the structure already laid out). The fixes also need extensive testing to find situations in which they don't work (I admit that may be all situations). Some I have already tested, but some I only know compile.
To use this, simply include it after the default SA:MP functions, but before third party includes:

Ako netko ne zna engleski, ovaj include popravlja neke postojeće bugove. Te ako želite koristiti ovaj include morate ga includat ODMAH poslije a_samp includa.
