Imas compiler, znas koji koristis, imas includes, otvoris includes, nadjes include za mysql plugin, otvoris njega verovatno ce pisati koja je verzija. Ako ne, gledaj funkcije, github repo od mysql plugina, releases i trazi te funkcije kokoj verziji pripadaju

Plugin i include verzije ti se trebaju preklapati, i ne zaboravi kada ih prilagodis da moras rekompajlirati mod.

Bukvalno ti piše sve, plugin i include ti nisu ista verzija

SSCANF_IsConnected - sscanf plugin
BS_ReadValue - mislim da je raknet plugin (google i github u pomoc)
cache_get_data - mysql plugin

Ako ti je loadovan plugin a opet ne vidi funkcije, znaci da je pogresna verzija plugina, to jest razlikuje se od includa sa kojim si compile skriptu.
U slucaju sa sscanf, streamerom i slicno, samo update i plugin i include, recompile i to je to. Dok recimo sa mysql moras da znas koja verzija ti treba.
