[Pomoc] Pravljenje kuca,stanova ingame

Ovako imam ovu funkciju da pravim ingame te stvari,ali problem je u tome sto to moze raditi i obican igrac,a trebalo bi da moze samo ADMIN 1338,unaprijed hvala.
